Mike Pressgrove
President
Mike has over 40 years of experience. He has done everything from estimating and marketing to framing and finishing work over the years. His diverse experience means you'll always get top-quality work.

Bobby Miller
Estimator
Bobby is an estimator with over 40 years of experience in the business. He has 15 years of experience as a carpenter, as well as, 25 plus years of experience as an estimator. He handles many areas of our projects from estimating to ordering materials needed for your project to overseeing our crew.
He has lots of energy and experience to help with ideas to help you find the solutions for any problem you have that are just right for your needs.
Marsha Schmitt
Estimator/Designer
Marsha has been with PDQ for over 4 years. She has been in construction for more than 20 years, working mainly in new construction and custom homes. As a lead painter, she eventually had a small business as a paint contractor, working for several builders and contractors in Topeka, Lawrence and Junction City. With her strong background in painting and design, she works with many customers on the interior of their home, especially with kitchens and baths. Marsha also does estimates on exterior projects as well, including decks and windows. She has a keen eye for color, design and functionality. She enjoys bringing new life to an old space and figuring out how small changes can lead to big differences!
Marsha is a graduate from Emporia State University and has a Master’s degree from the University of Kansas. She and her husband, Casey have 2 children. They have made Topeka their home and stay busy with their children’s school and activities.
Jeff Starkey
Estimator
Jeff is our newest estimator, But a season veteran at PDQ. He has been with us for almost 10 years on the remodeling side! Jeff understands the quality of which we aim for and knows how to accomplish it.
Whether it is a small or large project Jeff is eggar to please.
